Friday

Well Thursday was just a little bit warmer as the temps reached the lower 80's and the sunshine was abundant. I sat outside under the big oak in the afternoon reading for a couple hours enjoying this weather. It's supposed to rain today(Friday) and drop a few degrees in temperature which won't be bad as the humidity was starting to creep back in the picture. We still have the windows and doors open during the daytime but I'm sure that will change soon.

The day started with a 7:30 roll out for me as I'm still recuperating from the back and hip. The adjustments have left me with something to look forward to as the severe pains have diminished considerably so I'm left with the dull constant ache which I can live with. Actually I've had that pain for years but have just learned to live it. That pinched nerve or whatever cause me such discomfort last week was unbelievable in sucking the life right out of you. I'm headed back to the VA this morning for another evaluation.

We had Amy, GG and the kiddos for lunch and then GG again for supper. I grilled a couple cheeseburgers and cut some endive for a sweet and sour dressing along with oven 'taters for supper.  Yeow was that ever delicious and I broke my eating habit by having a starch with a protein but since we had company I decided one day won't make that much difference. I feel as if I've dropped a little weight.

Well it wasn't much to write about for today so I'll close and get ready to be at the VA by 8, LATER
