Monday Morning Dec 9th

Well Sunday started out on the chilly side but quickly warmed up to the low 70's by early afternoon which made for a pleasant day with tons of sunshine through out the day. It also was a great day of worship first both online with Gary Hamrick at Cornerstone chapel in Leesburg, Va, and later in person at our local S.R.B.C. where we both worked the side doors greeting and welcoming folks. We both love doing that and Nancy went back in the evening to help with WinterFest which was an out reach to the community. I stayed home and watched the NFL as I'm still not a 100% with the back.

We ate some left overs for lunch which held me the rest of the day as I fasted for breakfast and basically ate very little at suppertime with just some nuts and a glass of vino. I'm curbing my appetite to lost some more weight. I did hand water the gardens before the NFL started and basically was a couch sitter reading in between commercials and watching the Bucs win again. They are now division leaders and if they continue to win will make the playoffs in a couple of weeks. They looked good for a quarter but after that it was miscues and poor play and the Raiders were within 3 points of the score. I watched a second game then retired to the computer room reading until bedtime.

Not much else to write about except I did do my quiet time to start the day after posting this ramble to lift up several by name for comfort and healing and myself included, all seem to be holding with this post. I'm not totally pain free yet and maybe never will be because of the issues with age and the old injuries to the back from years ago. I ordered some sciatica supplements that are supposed to calm the nerve and regenerate the nerves in that area, I sure hope they work as the personal testaments sound encouraging, LATER
