Tuesday Morning October 26th

Well Monday turned to be a rather nice day until late evening when the rain came in bringing a change for the area in the temperature. I'm looking at much cooler weather for us here on out until we leave in about a week or so for Florida. The Nymark's left during the morning in their large motor coach pulling their Jeep behind them and they made it safely to Savannah.

I started the day out with my usual 6'ish rollout to my morning routines that start with some quiet moments giving thanks and lifting several up for healing. All seem well as I make this post and then I took off on my solo hike to the top of the mountain having my talk with GOD and then down by the Nymark camp ground where they were busy packing and doing last minute preps to leave. I led them out the road in the golf cart so they could safely get to the hard top and then helped them hook up their towed vehicle and be on their way down the mountain. Steve and Sheri do this quite well together as a team.

I piddled around the cabin after they left burning several bags of trash and getting some of the flower beds ready for the winter. The Botbyl's took off on an adventure alone and Kathryn stayed around the cabin. The weather wasn't too bad until late evening when the rain came in and old church friend delivered a load of astroturf for the Nymark campground. Steve will have a project when he comes in March as this stuff is tough, heavy and very durable.

I headed over to the post office and picked up a package sister Dee mailed to us after lunch and all of the fields that are truck farmed have been turned under. Nancy and I took off on an early afternoon hike to the top of the mountain and spoke with Billy and then Dave at the old Browning place. He is renovating the separate cabin as well as the main house. The leaves showed their beautiful colors almost over night and the hills are beautiful. Our driveway is in full regalia with browns, golds, yellows and reds. Just beautiful and this front will surely put them at peak.

Well Kathryn was in the kitchen cooking a splendid supper for us with pan grilled salmon, linguini and asparagus; yeow so delicious. Afterward we settled into a game os spades and the gals whupped us once again, LATER
