Well Saturday saw us with a big change in the weather as it poured rain at times with gusty winds and then a temperature drop in the late afternoon and evening. I did some reading and then caught up on some NFL until bed time. There were two good action packed games on and the outcomes were unexpected as a perennial super bowl team lost at home.
I started the day much the usual with a before 6 roll out to my usual morning routines that start with the cup of green tea laced with turmeric and fresh ginger root while I posted this ramble then spent some quiet time with my Creator and Lord in thanksgiving and lifting several up by name. All seem as well as can be expected due to their health issues. I also added our service folks who protect us as well as those in law enforcement and our "America First" potus Trump. He just made a major decision to take out am Iranian terrorist who was responsible for the death of so many Americans as well as folks every where with his radical muslin terrorist ideology. I'm sure there will be another to take his place but this one had a reputation of merciless killing and maiming using IED's. Good riddance and I hope this sends a message to others that America will not be standing by any longer as these countries spread their terror in the world.
We must stand by and with Israel who these terrorist hate with passion. Our potus has made it known they are our friends and allies in the middle east and to go through Israel you must first take on America; however we are seeing the liberal dems in the gov't refuting his stance and even promoting against our Jewish allies and friends. Obama let so many unvetted muslims into the country and they now a foot hold in the gov't and are attempting to disrupt our way of life and reinstate their ideology and theology if you can call it that. Their whole mission is much like the "death to America" chant exhibited by the radical terrorist driven government's of Iran, Somalia, Iraq and several other muslim nations. We have several high up's in our own gov't questioning the actions taken by our potus along with the msm in eliminating this Iranian butcher and giving him sainthood status, unbelievable. It we do not vote these folks out in the next election our nation is doomed.
Well we had the Ross Family minus Tyler for a delicious supper of collards from the gardens, grilled marinated chicken breasts, corn bread, baked taters and canned beets. It was a lick your platter clean type of supper. They all had ice cream or nutty buddies for dessert as I passed due to cutting back on the sugar once again. However I did finish up the pecan's crusted with cinnamon and sugar which was given to us on New Years eve. They are like Lays tater chips you just can not eat one so I had been eating them for the past several days and I finished them in between breakfast and supper.
I did make arrangements to get rid of our present internet and tv carrier as they once again raised the rates without explanation. I should have ditched them earlier but my 2 year contract which I didn't know about expired the end of December and went back to our original carrier we had for years. Everything now is wireless as the Botyl's went back to them as well. I can now at least cancel or put the service on vacation when we go to the cabin whereas before I had to pay every month for service I did not use which was falsely portrayed when I went with them, oh well, plus now Nancy will get the two channels she likes which we have at the cabin and not here in Florida, LATER
